First of all, I'm not doing your homework for you.....I have my own to do. Want sources? Do your own research. Want detail? Watch the trial.
I've watched the trial, and yes, she has been given due process. Due process is a function, and is never served. Justice, as well, is never served. Due process is either carried out or it is not. Justice is either meted out or it is not. Neither of them is ever served.
Anyone who asks you to 'explain in detail whether due process WILL be served has an agenda.

nicely, in case you get your instructor to let us know we are allowed to do your artwork for you, i could be extra desirable than happy that may well be useful you. yet, I rather doubt your instructor will try this because you are the guy who's meant to do your person assignments and study out of your assignments.
