Added as an aside though I think the jury questioning witnesses is a travesty that should be done away with.

Well, if you get your teacher to tell us we are allowed to do your work for you, I would be more than happy to assist you. But, I highly doubt your teacher will do this since YOU are the one who is supposed to do your own assignments and learn from your assignments.
