No campus PhD nearby? Is online 'okay'?

Where I live, as well as both cities I'm probably going to be relocated to, there are no PhD programs in my area of study at these cities...

So, I really want a PhD, but my only option looks to be online...what do I do?

Grad schools are very selective. You apply to 10+ programs and hope you end up with 1 or more offers. If you want a PhD, you need to be willing to move. Very few employers will take an online PhD seriously.
