    Density = Mass / Volume

    1. Density = 8.5 / 0.96

    Density = 8.85 g/cm3

    2. Mass = Density x Volume

    Mass = 5.4 g/cm3 x 7.5 cm3

    Mass = 40.5 g (the cm3 cancels out)

    Is this grade 9 science ? :D

    1. ) 8.85416667 g/cm3

    8.5 / .96 = 8.85416667 g/cm3

    ROUNDED: 8.85 g/cm3

    2.) 40.5g

    5.4g x 7.5 = 40.5g
