The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim mods compatibility?

That is what I read in a forum, and just wanted to know what that 'one' file is. The AP forum has like 400+ pages and finding that one file in that haystack is a such a drag.

Also, just wanted to know the exact steps and mods required to run both AP & SexiS. I followed step by steps in youtube by a 'Benjamin Metalmaster', requiring me to install 'Josh Skyrim Behavior' , 'Girls of Skyrim' and the 'AP' itself. but was not able to acquire an AP Diabella Amulet. I installed FNIS then, and installed 'Adult Show XXX' but still nothing. Thinking about it, that must be why I was not able to get an AP amulet. But then I tried the steps in SKSE, and used 'skse_loader.exe' to launch my Skyrim. ( I could not understand the part where 'Steam' should be running before launching Skyrim' part...where the heck is Steam located? ) After loading my save, viola! I got me self an AP Dibella Amulet! Then reality did a sucker punch on me, coz after walking a few steps, boom! my game crashed...and burn.

What I really want to know is how was any of you able to work your AP mod, and please teach it to me as well. If you can also include SexiS and/or Adult Show XXX, I will really be greatful.
