survey:-why the boys are so fearless? where is law n order/?

my friend told me that when he was coming out of Metro train he saw two guys came on bike molest a girl and ran away...girl was stood for 1 minute unconscious, she had no idea what happened why happened...since i have heard i m feeling anxious, there is no fear no respect, it feels we are living with beast mentality humans....how can we cope up with such situations?? sometimes i feel to kill such bad people, as lord Krishna said, the man who cant respect a woman who gave him birth, he is not entitled to live, do justice with it, fight against such evils....how can we make the world better...i falling in hate with humans/....with such incidents idk why? what to do? how can it be changed?
