Would I be guilty of Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit even if I suffer from intrusive thoughts and mild tourettes?

So yeah, I suffer from intrusive thoughts (uncontrollable thoughts that generally consist of blasphemous, sexual, violent, or just plain creepy thoughts etc) and a mild form of Tourette's syndrome that makes me spurt stuff I don't want to say. Would I still be guilty of this eternal sin? 'Cause I'm in constant fear that I've committed it.

If your a Christian then cast them out,but you first need to repent your sins and forgive everyone that has ever sinned against you,if you want God to forgive you for your sins, then you first must forgive others that have sinned against you.you can do this at home.then break all generational curses, you can find this online, then in the name of Jesus Christ cast them out,Christians have the ultimate power over all evil in using Jesus name that most don't realize, and God did not give man the spirit of fear, ask the holy spirit to come upon yopu and lead you,God Bless Debbie

First, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit requires a lot more than this, and if you are feeling concerned about this then you have not done it, the Holy Spirit is still with you.

Second, contrary to one answer, God didn't make you this way. The thoughts could be either your illness, or they could be Satan. My wife had very similar issues with thoughts, and she knew it was Satan. They started when she first turned to God, and they continued until she let go of the anger she had stored up inside towards a family member. When she physically said "I forgive", the thoughts stopped.

Satan uses things like unconfessed sin, not forgiving others, to grab a hold of us and try to drag us down. Often these will be through thoughts that make you feel guilty, which fuels the attacks, and they become a self-sustaining circle. You need to pray, to confess ALL sin to God and ask His help to stop any sin you may continue to engage in, and you need to forgive anyone that has hurt you, again something you may need God's help doing. Doing this may help your problems.

As for the tourettes, God looks at your heart, not at what comes from your mouth. If your heart loves God then this is all you need to worry about. Your words come from the tourettes, God knows that and knows it isn't from your true feelings.

Ignore Just. He doesn't know God. blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is basically permanent rejection of God after receiving His truth and fully knowing what's true and what's not. God understands perfectly what you're going through and His grace is greater than His judgment. You can stop living in constant fear and instead look forward to the day when God will free you from this problem forever.

If you suffer from a medical condition that causes you to have involuntary thoughts and actions, God does not hold you accountable as being willfully sinful. There are some things you can do that will hopefully be helpful to you--such as taking medication that somewhat controls the outbursts and working to do the best you can to stay healthy--and also praying (such as Paul did as recorded in the book of Philippians) that God would help you with your medical condition (He said "no" to Paul to remind him that having a disability wasn't the worst thing in the world). At any rate, God knows your heart, and He is loving and forgiving to those who strive to be the best they can be, whatever that "best" is.

God knows you sometimes cannot control you saying things you don't want to. But we all must deal with evil thoughts. Fill your mind with things of the Lord and there will be less room for evil thoughts.

Anyone who has an evil thought should say or think, "I cast that thought down in the name of Jesus, amen. See if that helps. Don't let sinful tv, movies and other things go thru your eyes. This allows many bad thoughts to enter our mind

Your god made you that way and he already knows everything you're ever going to do because he programmed you to do it. Then at the end he'll punish you for it anyway. Some god, huh?
