Can you be banned from Xbox Live for using a modded controller?

Yes...and anyone who says otherwise has no idea that you can actually detect modded controller activity during gameplay (it's quite obvious to see actually).

I read the terms of service for both call of duty and Xbox and didn t see anything about modded controller. Plus mod=modify the only thing modified for most controllers is the rate of fire.but there are some stupid ones like drops hot and quick scope ect. But I think you could only get banned if the controller has a lag switch.
