Cannot boot into safe mode windows 7?

Hi there,

I want to boot into safe mode, I have windows 7 running on my ssd, and i also have a hdd for games. I press f8 furiously during start up and it asks me what boot device I want to use. My ssd, hdd or dvd drive, yet my ssd is the only one with windows on it, when i select my ssd it just loads up windows normally. I've tried holding down f8, same result.

    Yes, that has been seen before, the ssd loads so fast that you cannot get into safe mode before windows loads.8-((

    Look up how to do a repair install with your windows 7 install disk.
