How many women leaders started wars in the world ?

I would like to know the number of Woman leaders in as many countries as possible who actually STARTED wars under their leadership of a country. This should be most interesting.

    There are not that many because so few women have been leaders.

    Starting wars is always a bit moot - it takes two to tango.
