Accept the trade.
Stanton does have a lot of power and can get you 40 home runs, but the Marlins aren't a great team, and may not get very many opportunities to drive in runners.Holliday will probably end up having more rbi than Stanton. Even though Granderson is injured, when he comes back, he can get you homers, rbi, and runs. Though, you'll kill you in average. Some say Lawrie is going to have a breakout year, others say he's just all hype. Either way, I would rather have Wright as he's a much better player and I think he'll do better.Andrus will be an upgrade at short

Do it because you receive 4 players who are good, and will give you good points. Compared to the two who will give you good to high points.
