Need a work out for a 14 year old?

im 14 and have access to a gym. Im 14 5" 9' and 160lbs. (mostly fat)

    I'm 14 and 5'5" and only weigh 105... My best advice, if you can, try to find a pool and swim laps... I am on a varsity swim team and swim 3 hours every night and virtually CAN'T gain weight. I also do at least 500 situps a night and 200 leg lifts... Also I use dumbells and do a little weight training and run and do medball workouts. JUST STAY ACTIVE! Instead of watching TV while sitting on a couch, run on an elliptical or do abs while watching... It will help A TON! Best of luck on your workout journey!
