How much does it cost to replace a rim on a Honda Civic Ex year 2000 small size about 14-15 inches?

I hit a pothole at night so I checked and the rims are slightly bent. The tire seems fine as it is retaining air but the cap looks like it can fall off at any moment. Do I have to replace the tire as well?How much would it cost to replace the rims? and if I need a new tire how much would both cost?

    try a junk yard. if special rims about 300
