To those who feel that state's rights are being eroded, how do you feel about DOMA?

Is gay marriage an appropriate subject for federal legislation?

Update:

A-Rod, how do you feel about DOMA? That was the question, after all.

how about tbis: the governemnt stays out of marriage completely, that way there won't be any problem with gays being denied "rights". sound fair?

DOMA just states that the Federal Gov does not recognize Gay Marriage. It does not prevent the States from doing so.
