I suffer from acne as well. Get yourself on a 3-step system like proactiv. There are many other options other than proactiv that you can buy at the store. I have had luck with Acne Free which is sold anywhere. Walmart has their own version of it. I am using Clinique's version right now. With all these 3-step systems, the first step is a cleanser, the second is a toner you apply with a cotton ball and the third is a medicated lotion. I have tried all the above before and one doesn't work significantly better than another in my experience. I still have some acne but this definitely controls it. It would work a lot better if I used them at night but I usually just use a face wipe to take off my makeup and crawl into bed. I have also tried Neutragena (however you spell it) and Clean & Clear's acne solution pack but didn't like either of these. They didn't have the toner which I think may be an essential step. One thing I have learned with my acne struggle is everyone's skin is different. My niece also has acne but what works for her doesn't work for me. Unfortunately it's a trial and error game to find out what works for you unless you want to go to a dermatologist. That is my next step.

Listen, as a fellow acne fighter here I have the BEST advice for ya. I swear by these three things with my life!!! First, cut out EVERY SINGLE BIT of high fructose corn syrup! Yes that means NO SODA! That was the first thing and that made a GIANT difference! Second, water will be your new best friend. No I am not saying that is all you can drink just make sure what ever drink you have has pure cane sugar instead of HFCS. But green tea (bottled has HFCS in it so be careful) and water will cleanse and fix your problem. And the final and MOST IMPROTANT step is to find a local handmade soap maker. You will find it at farmers market or home business. The honest handmade soap has nothing but plant extracts in it! And it doesn't smell good and it doesn't smell bad! But one thing...you can get naturally scented handmade soap but I haven't tried that yet. So the three things to what used to be hard to get perfect skin: No HFCS only true sugar (and limit that), water and green tea are your new bestfriends because they clean you out (although fast food places is where I sometimes get lemonade), and finally blthe best and most effective HANDMADE (local and all natural) soaps. Be sure to wash in the morning and at night. NEVER skip it EVER! And wash with ice cold water. Hope this helps you....no scratch that....this WILL help you!

I use Murad. It's a really good product! It's kinda expensive($35) but it's works really well. It comes in a kit and it says it only lasts for 1 month, but 1 kit for me lasts me like 4-5 months. I don't use it every single day.. And they try to make you use more than you have to so you run out and have to buy one every month. For me it lasts longer. But you can find it at Sephora or they might have it at Ulta.

Or if you want something cheaper, you could try Stridex acne medication pads.. They work pretty well. I think you can find them at any drugstore. I think their like $6-$9. And it comes with like 90 acne pads.. They sometimes burn my face but they have one that's for sensitive skin. Hope I helped! Good luck :)

cinnamon and honey treatment is the best home remedy for acne...

    1)mix cinnamon and honey

    2)leave it overnight

3)next morning wash it off with warm water

apply this mixture every night this may burn for few secs.

wash your face twice a day, eat fruits and drink water sleep at least for 8 hours and workout

stay away from oily foods, sugar, milk products and milk.

sweat and makeup can also cause acne.
