N.Korea Declares State of War Against S. Korea. Now What?

We saw this movie in 1950-1953. The U.N. Troops pushed N. Korea back to the 38th Parallel where it began, and where the border remains, except for our DMZ where 15 or more American soldiers die each year from N. Korean fire...and there is apparently a "free" zone between the two. What is UN thinking? My Dad saw combat in N. Korea for the year in '51, I miss him so. I can't ask him what I need to know. Obama? Internationally....I say that this will not go well. You?

Update:

Dok: Thank you for the chuckle.

This is the same noise they put out every 5-10 years. It has more to do with internal North Korean politics than anything else. Same old, same old. Wake me when the tanks actually roll across the border.

u.s. will fairly pass to war if N. Korea shows aggression in the direction of the yankee forces stationed in South Korea. For now, one shouldn't complication as the two the Korean countries have been technically in a state of war for 60 years. Kim is in basic terms making baseless threats and is speaking approximately imaginary missiles.

Nothing. Bush43 referred to NK as the "axis of evil", and threatened it with a preemptive nuclear attack. NK believed it. Thank you, George.
