Is it ok to "go off" your diet for a couple days?
It's Easter tomorrow and I'm gonna gain A LOT of weight...jk maybe like 2 pounds. I was on a strict diet. But now I'm gonna have to get off it. The day before Easter, it's a family tradition to have pancakes and bacon and eggs for breakfast. We're getting Thai food at a restaurant after evening church tonight too...where the portions are HUGE!!!
Then tomorrow, my choir has to be at church at 7 am, so we all bring something breakfast ish and have a potluck breakfast. Then for brunch, my family is going out to brunch at this really nice buffet place where they literally have everything you can ever want or imagine.

Occassionally it is ok, it does screw up your metabolism, if you do it for long periods of time you should gradually reduce the amount you eat instead of just dropping it all because your body goes into starvation prep and that can make you gain weight and make it harder to get it off

Breakfast: 1 pancake, 1 bacon rasher and 1 egg. Maybe make a bowl of fruit and you can all just pile it on top of your pancakes.
Thai food: Can be really healthy. If you get noodles, you go for thin rice noodles. Rice is A-okay. The more colours in the dish, the healthier it is. Think vegetables and seafood. I only get chinese, but basically, anything like Singapore Rice Noodles.
Easter eggs: Ration them. A quarter of an egg a day, tops.
Potluck: Go for as many vegetables as possible.
If you still feel you had too much, then go for a jog, do some push ups, dance a little bit, what ever. If you enjoy the exercise, and you enjoyed the food, and you manage to burn off all that energy, then you will be a very happy bunny.

A couple of days off won't hurt at all. I always make sure I have one day a week where I make sure I have a treat so my metabolism doesn't freak out when I stop a diet and do maybe have a sweet a day.
So yeah you should be fine as long as you maybe go to the gym when you go back to your diet or do something active like swimming or something x

I think you should try and avoid as much high sugar and high carbohydrate foods as possible, especially later on in the day.
Eat slowly and drink lots of water. Beware of sugar laden liquid (fruit juice, coke etc.).
Try and limit the damage you will be doing (ideally try and only eat badly for one day).
Once you feel you are fill stop eating.
It's important to cheat on your diet every now and then but ensure you schedule your cheats and that they are they don't go on for longer than you planned

He probably could have long gone to a psychiatrist, or a psychologist. There ought to be an underlying reason he feels the ought to gamble. problems like this could expand and faith isn't a medical shelter it. i think of that every physique the stress (feeling like ****, and different problems he could have encountered until now hand) could have been a usual contributor to his schizophrenia. at situations of stress the strategies (for the duration of sleep) can in many situations produce unusual photographs, so it may clarify the weird and wonderful targets and the sunshine and what no longer. i think of its the strategies purely putting all of his demanding strategies jointly. For the checklist, your chum desires help, inspite of faith. those psychological components can nonetheless come lower back if left untreated. All psychological, he could see a psychiatrist (prescribes drugs), or a psychologist (talks to him approximately his problems, possibly demonstrate why he felt the ought to experience like **** and gamble)
