Who is this band (picture)?

Question

Looking through pictures of Vans Warped Tour Kick Off Party, I saw this picture. I'm just assuming that they are all in one band, but I don't recognize any of them, so I could be mistaken. So if you know who they are, please tell :) Thanks! xx

Hmm... They remind me of a young Paramore.

They could be some local band no one is really familiar with
or most likely a semi famous band.

I would save this pic and ask on Tumblr as well as a few guitar
forums, such as Ultimate Guitar.com's forums, you might get
an answer from someone that knows.
