where is there free rosetta stone on AKO?

Is there still free rosetta stone offered to soldiers on AKO? If so, where do i go to find it?

    Yes AKO presents Rosetta stone free for personnel and their dependents. Sadly the navy is the only one who does this. My cousin used it after they PCSd to Germany a number of years in the past. Being Navy, I haven't any proposal the place to seek out it in AKO although, I simply don't forget gazing her sign on and using it.
