Brown discharge only once?

My girlfriend and I had sex on 21st of March unprotected and I pulled out before I came, Now she had a brown discharge just once. She has Irregular Menstrual cycle and was suppose to AF on the 28th.

She had her discharge earlier this day.. I'm guessing 11 to 12:30 and she said that it was a very light discharge. She had it only once.. What could it possibly mean?

Update:

She's still not having her period because she has an irregular cycle..

No Smell and no Pain, she said.

It's possible. Pulling out is extremely risky and ineffective, many women get pregnant this way. If she doesn't want to get pregnant than use a condom. Brown discharge can be a sign of implantation which is when the egg attaches to the uterus. It can cause bleeding or brown discharge which is actually old blood. And the discharge seems to be in line with when the implantation would occur. If she implanted before the 28th she should be able to get an accurate home test in 2 or 3 days.
