Can I dye my hair after bleaching?

I want to dye my brown hair to a medium blonde. I've done a lot of research and it looks like the best way to do this is bleach it to a light blonde and then use a medium blonde box over it.

can I do this all in the same day? or would it have to be bleach it one day and the wait a few days to put the medium blonde over it?

Put a conditioning treatment into your hair, wait a few days, and dye again.

Also, if the bleach leaves a brassy orange colour to it, use purple shampoos & a toner to eliminate those tones. I would suggest to honestly leave it if you can wait. During those couple days that you're waiting, don't use any heat on your hair and don't wash your hair either. The natural oils will protect your hair. They say to wait 48 hours between applications.

It's better to wait 4 weeks.
