There can be good without evil. God promises to rid the earth of wickedness so this means that only peaceful humans will live on the earth. There doesn't need to be evil in order for good to prevail. That is why the devil is doing all that he can to turn people away from doing what's right because he knows he has a short period of time.

But this is self-contradicting. What exists DOES exist, so that is a hypothetical that has no basis. Nor is it true even by the meaning of the words because 'evil' is the absence of Good and not something positive. Balance is not the key to anything. Darkness did exist without light. The chicken and the egg quite obviously did not appear together. You 'need' man and woman to procreate HERE but obviously except for degenerate perv religions one is like the angels in Heaven WHO DO NOT AND NEVER DID PROCREATE.

They can exist independently. The two opposing concepts would simply lack a concise definition without a point for contrast. One could also look at it in terms of "gradations of goodness" and classify all things as "good" or "rational" and yet have no need to classify anything as distinctly "evil".

That being said, I don't take criticisms of "stupid people" lightly because smart people don't exist without them. At some point the comparisons become entirely arbitrary.

that's impossible for devil to repent; he's evil, he replaced into thrown from heaven consistently, alongside with different fallen angels. as long as devil exists, evil will thrive; you may rebuke devil or evil on your existence via steadfast prayer, yet won't be able to banish what exists. I do agree, if devil by no potential fell from grace, the backyard of Eden could've had a diverse consequence, and evil does no longer exist.
