Plan on buying a house in 2 years. Any advice?
Ok so I just finished school and I have started working. My take home income after taxes is $3000/ month (i am looking into getting a part time time to make a little more). I have $26000 in student loan and no other debt. My credit score is just under 700. My plan is to buy a house in two years time ( because I need two years of income, right?) So any one have any advice for me on what I should be doing for the next two years? I will starting paying my student loan starting this month and I will not be tacking on any more debt (buying a car, credit cards...).?

for my section, if the abode has each thing i needed or mandatory, all of the rooms i could ever desire, (for infants and visitors), all of the gap for enjoying and working and parking for me and people who pass to, a great backyard and there became no longer something incorrect with the plumbing, roof, heating or ac or warm water tank, and the taxes and coverage have been blanketed interior the morgage value then i could purchase it and attach the roof and stay there constantly. If no longer, then i could purchase the extra value-effective abode. attempt to pay one extra $20 or $25 money each month.
