Did I just commit Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit?
I just had an intrusive thought that involved me cursing the Holy Spirit by saying bloody. Have I just doomed myself?

no. blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is constant rejection of the Truth despite previous belief or seeing evidence that clearly states the Truth such as the Pharisees' reactions to Jesus' miracles. They saw and had no other explantion, but they refused to believe out of the hardness of their hearts. some people also say that blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is accusing him of evil when it's clear that whatever he did was of God (like whe the Pharisees accused Jesus of being in league with the devil after he did a miracle by the power of the Spirit and it was obvious that it was from God).

Hi James, in order to sin, one must have full consent. If the thought just popped up in your head, similar to other temptations, there is no sin. However, if you "fuel the fire" and constantly dwell on the thought, then act on it, you commit the sin. I think you are fine. No sin here - just a temptation.

No, and no.
Cheers.
One would have to commit a betrayal so fundamental that it would place him forever beyond the reach of atonement and even redemption -- such as those committed by Judas Iscariot and Lucifer.
Don't worry about it too much. Life goes on, and if one wishes he may always repent.
