Why do liberals think they are intelligent when it is a fact you cannot be smart and be a liberal?

Liberals have it all wrong

The Liberal ideology is a theory , fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and which holds forth beliefs that have no basis in reality.

They are Advocates of a policy that empowers a strong federal government to enslave its people with a high tax burden incident to the support of extravagant and unnecessary social programs destructive to both the work ethic among the lower class, and the incentive to innovate and succeed among the working class.

I've said this before, and I'll say it again, but political views are not related to intellect. If they were, we would have tests showing that Cons perform better on IQ tests than Liberals, and are generally more educated about the world around them. Only problem is, we don't. Also, sorry to burst your bubble, but Albert Einstein himself was a staunch supporter of Socialism. Using your logic, Einstein was stupid.

You have it half right. You must be smart in order to be a liberal. That`s why conservatives have had a difficult time of it and are losing ground in the political arena. It could change in the coming years if conservatives study hard and learn from libs how things should be done to be accepted by more people.

Just look at the statistics. Liberals tend to be more educated, have higher IQ's, and are wealthier. Just look at the breakdown by state, by metropolitan area, by country even.

I love how every study published indicates that religious people and conservatives generally have a lower IQ by almost 20 points than people who identify as liberals.

So, yes.... we are smarter than you people, in general, and what you said is not anywhere near a fact.

They are all educators and all of them support more funding for their institution and their pension plans. Most people in government support more for themselves, so that makes you greedy if you can no longer afford your taxes. See? Anyone who is getting nailed in taxes is dumb or selfish, but Professors with $150K pensions, $25k health care plans and no state taxes after age 55 deserve to be millionaires (calculate what that deal is worth before you dismiss it as rhetoric). The truth can be annoying. That is exactly why they stick to rhetoric.

They believe all the lies they get from the Democrat propaganda. If they would be willing to listen to FOX news and accept it, they would learn a lot! But you tell them to listen to FOX and they laugh or get angry.
