If I delete an app and then redownload it will i get in app purchases back?

I've got an app (apple app store) that keeps crashing when I open it. I've not got important information on it but I've got a few in app purchases. I was gonna delete and redownload it because it worked previously before I got the in app bits, but I don't know if I'll be able to get them again?

Update:

In app purchases = when you buy something in the game with real money e.g. In game currency or bonus levels

    Like the above answer, you can but if you have upgraded an app like unlocked another level when you redownload it it will give you the option to restore purchases

    Yes, you can delete and download the app as many times as you want and you won't have to purchase again :)

    Edit - I'm sorry I think I'm confused here. What do you mean by in app purchases? Can you please explain?

    Edit 2 - Oh, I'm sorry I don't have any experience with that so I don't know if you'll be able to do that.

    Yes all you have to do is hit restore purchases in the app and you will get all of what you bought in the app
