Need flirting/date advice for random girl behind counter?

Question

So there's this girl, who im assuming is around my age, which is 23-24ish, and I really have
no idea on what to say to her. She works at a urologist department as a check-in clerk. I know nothing about her other than her name. I think she's really cute, but i have no idea on what to say to her, and i don't facebook. 
I'm just wondering what it is exactly im supposed to say, to possibly get her number or even ask her out. I have one legit reason to show up there again without an appointment, i mean otherwise im sure just going in there would freak her out, idk. I've never been in a relationship, im not troll-like or weird or anything but i have no clue on how to break the ice and approach as a interest and not another check-in patient :/
please..help, im tired of being lonely, and im sick of damaged goods on dating sites. 
I just want to ask her out or get her number without scaring her away, and then again she could always say she has a bf and shut me down, so im probably screwed either way anyhow..

Well she works for an urologist. 

Say "Urine luck, I think you're really cute. Would you like to have a drink sometime?

In all seriousness. it's hard to get a judge on these situations as they have to be nice to customers. Your best plan of attack, is simply being bold. Next time you're there ask her out for drinks or dinner. You can even play the embarrassed roll if you are but simply going for it shows you at least have some guts!

It doesn't just happen to you. I've become accustomed to getting the very highest quality of customer service from shops. If I (*ahem*) accidentally drop money when I get my change thrown at me, I'm ALWAYS sure to politely ask a member of staff to help me pick it up. Preferably someone in a managerial capacity. When I explain that I have a torn ligament in my spine, they're generally very apologetic and happy to help. As I leave the shop, I can generally hear the commotion I leave behind.

If she says yes: Would you like to do something with me this weekend? (have an activity lined up, something you enjoy if she is interested she will say yes to anything)  Get her number.

If she says no: Glad I asked I was about to ask you out on a date thank goodness I did not embarras myself!  (And she will laugh and feel good about herself that she just got hit on by a cute guy, no harm done)

newsflash frustrated romeo, we are all damaged goods, that includes you....

other than that if this girls likes you doesn't matter how you approach her....(if it's nice) if she doesn't....hardly anything helps....

i would go for straight forward...i would say....look i'm not creepy, i like you, do you want to go out with me....nothing is more refreshing than an honest no nonsense guy----i like you i want to be your bf or i just want sex or whatever you want...just say it....i never got offended at a guy being honest...i can say yes or no....but i think more of him for being Honest.....

so really, just tell her you like her and you want her phone number and that you are sorry if it's inappropriate to come to her work place but you just like her....

what else can you say that would be better than honesty???
