Take NJ Transit (NE Corridor, NJ Coast or MidDirect) to Secaucaus Junction station.
You are traveling on Sunday, April 7 for Wrestlmainia 29
At Secuacus Junction go upstairs and then down to the lower platform for the Meadowlands train shuttle.
For more inof see link below.

Make sure you buy your train ticket BEFORE getting on the train or it will cost $5.00 more. Buy 2 one way tickets (for round trip) to save time when heading back.

My friend, take any westbound NJ Transit train from New York Penn Station to Secaucus Junction, where you can then transfer to a shuttle train to the Meadowlands Sports Complex. The shuttle train will drop you off right in front of the stadium. A round trip ticket on NJ Transit from Penn Station to Meadowlands Sports Complex via Secaucus Junction, will cost $4.25. Please purchase your ticket at Penn Station before boarding because fare are higher on board. I hope this information is very helpful. Good luck

Yeah, depending on the day, there will either be shuttle bus service or shuttle train service to Secaucus Junction. See here: http://www.njtransit.com/tm/tm_servlet.srv?hdnPage...
Shuttle buses run for about 2 hours after the event finishes. I would assume that they would extend the hours of the trains running from Secaucus to Penn Station (they stop running around 1AM or so), but if not, you can stay on until Hoboken and take the PATH home from there, which runs 24/7.
There's also the #164 bus from the Port Authority Bus Terminal, which is 8 blocks north of Penn Station. You save yourself the trouble of transferring, though you might get caught in traffic. See here: http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/bus/T1148.pdf
Here's a northern NJ bus map if it helps at all: http://www.dougandadrienne.info/njbus/indexnnj.htm...
I hope this information was very helpful.
