What can I do to help her?
My daughter has a runny nose, slight fever, and reAlly needs to sleep. I have tried a very generic children's Tylenol, another child's medicine and nothing has seemed to work. I have tried honey in her sippy cup as well (a small amount mixed with a bit of water). She hasn't napped today, and we both have to get up early tomorrow (I have college classes tomorrow). I'm also sick and super tired. I put her up in her room, but all she's doing is crying. Should I leave her there to cry herself to sleep? Or is there some type of home remedy I can give her for the night?

Try letting her lay by you. When my son was a toddler he got his first ear ache and it was bedtime so I couldn't take him to the doctor. Nothing really seemed to help until I let him sleep by me. There is something powerful about being snuggled by mom.
If she's having trouble breathing with a stuffy nose then you can also try the saline solution that you squirt up a toddler's nose. My kids absolutely hate it, but my doctor said that since young children really can't blow their nose well it's kind of cruel to not do something to help, and the saline cuts through the snot.
I also like to rub vicks vapor rub on their feet and put socks on them. That's more for coughs, but they like having their feet rubbed, so it does help relax them and prepare them for sleep.
Good luck!

If she is not well she would probably appreciate being cuddled to sleep. We all like a cuddle when we don't feel well & you don't say how old she is but you can't keep giving her medicine and more medicine. Sometimes your daughters health is more important than your college classes
