my computer had a virus?

I have w7 professional i installed silverlight and i found i had the ridir virus my computer beckam slow the clock was always wrong etc

I was using A V G but it found nothing I then installed avast that found it on the first scan

i have also installed Malwarebytes, windows malicious scanner, Spybot and superantispyware this found anothere virus.

But my question is after all this my computer isnt the same sometimes the clock just changes its slow to boot up and shut down

Is there anything else I can do

thanks sly_old great answer thanks I did everything you said aparently nothing was found but my computer just booted up in 20% of the time it normally takes and my clock is perfect

    1. did you delete AVG before you installed avast ? If not, remove AVG, you can only run one antivirus program.

    2. Spybot and superantispyware, both do the same job, I would remove spybot.

    3. windows malicious scanner ? do you mean Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool ?

    Try the following then edit your question with an update:

    1. re-set your clock to right time & date

    2. check for tdss:

    3. full scan with malwarebytes (after you have updated it)

    4. right click your browser>run as admin>do a free online scan:

    http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

    thanks for your edit, download free Ccleaner, click tools on the left>startup>hi-light superantispyware>click disable on the right, this will disable free superantispyware from startup (it not required on startup).

    Free superantispyware has no real time protection, therefore not required on startup.

    good job changing from avg, its horrible, as you may now know

    and yes just change the time zone and sync internet settings back to defualt

    perhaps you have it set for the wrong time zone and daylight savings enabled
