is there any android mp3 players that have, or can support android 4.2?

    no, not that i know of. best bet is to get a galaxy Nexus off craigslist or something. you can get verizon ones (32GB) for like $150 (or cheaper if the ESN is blocked)....much cheaper than any nice touchscreen MP3 player on the market.

    i have a Galaxy Nexus, and when i upgrade phones, this will become my media player for sure. runs 4.2 Flawlessly.

    Not that i know of, You can see if you can modify a Samsung Galaxy Player which is running Android 2.3 Ginger Bread.
