Hello, I am testing a little experiment, as I'm curious about the way people perceive my eyes. I've been curious for a while, as to why I get certain looks from people as I look at them. Whenever I address someone, I always look straight into their eyes, but I try not to be intimidating, and if I see that they're intimidated, I'll usually look at the bridge of their nose or someone in that general area to take pressure off (unless I'm trying to intimidate which is a rare thing). The most interesting look I get, is one of fear, but not fear. In other words, it's more of a curious, caution. The really interesting thing is that I get these looks only from people who claim to be religious, more often, those who are Christians. Also it should be mentioned that I look like an average guy, these looks definitely aren't by a human cause (wacky hair, etc.). I want to explain as well that I'm not talking about some people looking at me weird. The way they look at me, is almost as if they are trying to read my soul. As I do know most of these people well, I know that they don't normally look at other people this way. Hello, I was doing some Trig work, and I came up with this expression

((-2*sqrt(2))*1/2) + (1/3 * (-sqrt(3)/2))

I cannot seem to figure out how to simplify this eexpression after multiplying, if someone could help me, I would really appreciate it, best answer gets 10 points. Thanks

the lyrics are funny of course cause the game is "targeted at" younger kids, except I'll admit to trying to find a way of playing that game again at one time :) anyways, I love the sound of this song, it's like 90s, early 2000s, powerful, ballad, a dash of grunge, it's just beautiful sounding. Is there any bands or songs that sound like that song?

Her ankle has been swollen for the past few days, and she's trying to get to the doctor, but in the mean time Tylenol and Ibuprofen isn't working to bring the swelling down or kill the pain. Would something like motrin work better?

I guess you could answer this if you were a boy too, but I just got a girlfriend, and I'm really excited. But I told her that we should wait to have sex (even with condoms) and we should just to stick to things like cuddling, kissing, holding hands. For some reason I just can't figure this problem out. I've literally been at it all night,

I have tried functions, the slope-intersect formula. And nothing seems to be giving me the correct answer. According to the book, the answer should be, $14,250. Somehow though, I keep coming up with $11,000 something (It's been a long night, I don't remember what the exact value was that I came up with, but it was just over 11,000). Before you think I'm crazy for spending so much time on one problem, I would like to mention that a test I'm taking soon is littered with these kinds of modelling problems. So I've been very careful to make sure that I fully understand everything that's happening. If someone could help me with this, I would appreciate very very much.

Hello, I'm using Pygame and Livewires in Python to create a balloon pop type of game. The player has a launcher they move with the mouse, and presses the left mouse button to fire. I want to make it so that the every 25 clicks, the row of balloons moves down using the dy property. While I did get this to work successfully, I'm having a bit of a problem. I reference the dy property in the balloons constructor method through a global variable called SPEED. Under the launcher class, I have a simple if statement that says, if CLICKS (number of clicks recorded from 0-25) == 25, set SPEED to 1. This in turn, sets the dy value to 1, making the balloons move down at a even pace. However, I want them to stop after about 1-2 seconds. I've canvased the internet for literally the past 24 hours, and have looked through every python manual I own, and still cannot figure this out. I've also tried other sites like stackoverflow.com, but I don't think they're understand my bad explanations :) If someone could help me, I would very much appreciate it.

Hello, I recently had a gaming computer built for me, with Windows 8 installed. I love the machine, and haven't had any problems with it up until now. When I leave the computer locked for more than an hour, the whole lock screen freezes up and I have to restart my computer. I have anti-virus installed, and I really don't do much downloading or web surfing anyway, so I'm 99% positive this isn't caused by a virus or other malicious program. Also, I haven't noticed any other issues like pop ups or slowdowns. If I leaved it locked for less than an hour, it's ok, and it doesn't always freeze, but it does more often than not. If someone could help me with this issue, I'd be very great full.

Basically, I have Camtasia, and I want to do a let's play with minecraft. I want to record the video so that there is sound coming from my microphone, but because I don't have speakers, I want there to be sound coming from my stereo mix as well. That way the viewer can hear my voice, and the sounds of the game. While I can't find an option to do this in Camtasia, I was wondering if there was a way to make a "composite audio source" on my computer. That way I could have both audio sources running at the same time, kind of like superimposing. Is there any way, or any software out there that I could use to do this? Or will I need a hook up, outside of my computer?

Say I type in

According to tons of websites i've been on, this should work, and display

"No semicolons we're hurt in the making of this tutorial"

However, when I use this code, or any other code from other websites,

I always get a compilation error that seems to happen on line 1 at character 1.

If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to Mayo Clinic, some Diabetes symptoms can include dry mouth, tiredness, constant thirst and urination, and blurry vision.

I am not constantly tired, and have perfect vision. I also am not constantly thirsty. However, when i drink something, sometimes i gulp it down real fast. But only if it's somewhat sweet. Whenever i drink something, my mouth is always a little dry afterwards. I am not sure if that's normal, or if it means i could have Diabetes. The reason i think it's diabetes, is the fact that i just stopped drinking a lot of regular pop.

I am really concerned here, and need some legitimate advice.

I am having an issue with my laptop. My computer says that i have five bars on my wireless connection and my internet is really fast. However, several times i will go to access a webpage (lot's of common pages that i can access on my other computer with no problems) and it will say Safari cannot connect to the server of the webpage. Then if i hit the back button and hit the forward button the webpage loads really fast. This does not happen a lot, but it happens a couple times every day. I have a computer with snow leopard, and when i first turned it on i created an account that i don't use anymore. Now i have another account, and that account has all of my programs on it. When i turn on my laptop, it automatically goes to that first account, so i have to log out of that one and log back into the one i am using. Is there a way that i can switch this? I have thought about deleting my first account, but i have programs on that one that i use, that are not on my other account. So my question is, is there a way to switch which account to automatically logon to at startup? I will give ten points to the person with the best answer!

I am running windows xp on a dell optiplex. I have a dell keyboard that plugs into the keyboard PS/2 slot in the back of the machine. When i plug the keyboard in, things on the keyboard like num lock, caps lock, etc all work. But when i type, nothing happens. I noticed when i plug the keyboard in, the connection is a little looser than normal. What is going on, and what should i do?
