    No, that isn't the way it works when a war is about to break out.

    Yes, because in the first place. North Korea is just scared that America will launch a war against them. Which is why they have all these weapons.

    Now, America going there with boats, all kind of planes, etc. They feel really threatened, which is why they react so agressive.

    Yes. Accept them and learn from them how NOT to run a country.
