The equation that should be used here is q = mC∆T, but you will need to know the specific heat (C) of the skillet, or at least know what it's made of so you can look it up.
Then, you plug in the values where q = 565,000 J; m = 4.05 lbx454g/lb = 1839 grams; and ∆T = Tf-19) and then you'd solve for Tf = final temperature.
