What is the exact area of this triangle (surds)?
The base is 4√3 divided by 3 and the height is 4. I am not good with surds, please help!!

Here there is absolutely no role of irrational number √3 (surd)
You say height = 4 and base = (4√3)/3
Area is given by
= 1/2 X base X height
= 1/2 X 4 X (4√3)/3
= (2 X 4 X √3)/3
= 8√3 / 3

Area of this triangle is
= (1/2) (base* height)
= (1/2) ((4*3^(1/2)/3)*4)
= (1/2) (16/(3^(1/2)))
= 8/3^(1/2)
