Magic Chef Model MCBC58DST Mini Refrigerator. Won't hold temperature?

I have a (just) 5 year old Magic Chef Model MCBC58DST Mini Refrigerator. The temp is set to 41F, but fluctuates between 41 and 45 every 5 minutes or so without the light being on or the door opened. The refrigerator has nothing in it. We did have it overloaded and it wouldn't produce any cold at all, Emptied it, but it now behaves as described above.

The thermostat has a range it operates in, 41-45 seems about normal, but if it does it every 5 minutes there must be an air leak somewhere, that's too often. Maybe the door seal is damaged.

I went to view my possess refrigerator and my vegetable crisper has a lever to control the air glide to that particular drawer. A further drawer, the meat drawer, has somewhat vent which makes it possible for in cooler air. There's a helpful Drawer, where the cheeses and puddings are kept, it can be just because it says, helpful. The Butter compartment is most likely closed, to prohibit airflow which would harden the butter's surface, or dry it out. My new gizmo crammed fridge didn't have an egg container although, so I appropriated an egg holder from the prior fridge. I additionally just like the ridges on the brink of the cabinets that hold spilt objects from going to the backside of the unit. :P who'd a thunk it.
