Have I eaten healthy enough so far today?

Breakfast- 8 EGG WHITES ONLY scrambled with mixed peppers and onion with a navel orange

Lunch- 6 inch turkey sub on whole wheat (no cheese, mustard only for condiments, lettuce, onion, pickles, banana peppers, cucumbers, tomato and green bell pepper) with a 1/2 cup of blueberries

Snack- Frozen chocolate/coffee protein shake (made with ice, protein powder, decaf coffee and a little splenda)

SN: What would you suggest for dinner?

    You seem to have eaten pretty good. I recommend for dinner to amp up the protein (maybe with lean meat, beans, or nuts) with slow digesting carbs like green leafy veggies.
