Some cheesy enchiladas. Or you can do breakfast for dinner and make omelettes and pancakes. Yummy.

If you have a whole roast chicken, pop it in the oven, preheated to 350 F. Every hour or something, when it begins to fill with juice, baste it. Then, when you have about an hour left, add wedges of carrots and potatoes to the juice. When the chicken if fully cooked, scoop the veggies out into a bowl. This meal also goes well with a bread of some sort. Any rolls will do, but bread in the bread machine is superb. Voila!

Write about something you know. I got an A once on how to put on my makeup.( no lie at Kishwaukee College in Malta il)or write on how to find a job. ( look in paper, go on interview etc) or if you are clever enough write one on how to write essay. ( get subject , do research , check facts, write rough draft , type it and spell check etc) Best of Luck.
