What do you think of my diet for the day?

Do you believe I have eaten healthy today? Are there any changes you would suggest?

-Breakfast: 8 egg whites only scrambled with bell peppers and onion with a navel orange

-Lunch: 6 inch turkey sub on whole wheat without cheese, mustard only as a condiment, lettuce, onion, pickles, banana peppers, bell peppers, cucumbers and tomato with 1/2 cup of blueberries

-Snack: (140 calorie) chocolate protein shake made with water, coffee, whey protein and a little splenda

-Dinner: grilled chicken (4 oz) with 2 cups of romaine lettuce and chopped tomato with an apple

Yes, it's healthy. However, I'd eat a few egg yolks with your eggs. They add some extra calories, but they have a lot of nutritional value. With the yolks, you also won't have to eat so many eggs to feel full.
