can someone help me make a mouthwatering moist yummy roast beef chuck shoulder cross cut. I have A crockpot and the bags.

chop onion celery red pepper and carrot into chucks, add into the crockpot
put the shoulder in (don't cut it yet)
add butter
throw in chunks of garlic
some thyme
a bayleaf
wait 6 hrs

Cook it in the crockpot and add a can of Campbell's French Onion soup. It will be tender and will make it's own gravy.

season your roast and make sure you allow it to reach room temperature before cooking and cook it on the lowest temp setting and also add some beef stock in the bag. remember slower is better for moisture.

brown the shoulder with some root vegetables and garlic cloves in the crock pot. add boiling water and seasoning. cook on the lowest heat all day.

put it in the crockpot. that will help trap the moisture and the meat will absorb the liquid.
