Will these ape hangers work on a Yamaha V star 650?

Hello I was looking on Ebay for some nice ape hangers for my 2004 Yamaha V star 650 and was wondering if these ape hangers would work with these dimensions...

Rise: 14"

Pull Back: 8"

Width Tip To Tip: 34"

Knurl: 2"

Bar Diameter: 1"

Center Width: 5-1/8"

Or will ape hangers work with any cruiser???? I don't know, I have only been riding for a year and this is my first project I am doing with my bike.

Update:

WOW! BIG PRICE DIFFERENCE...The handle bars I am looking at only cost $40! Can I ask why though??? I mean what is the difference??? I would think it would be a universal fitting part, they all attach the same way don't they???? I know that might be a dumb question but seriously

Those cheap bars on Ebay are expensive -- I can get cheaper: http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?parta~part...

The quality means cheap bars rust easily. I had a set of 10" mini-apes on my Savage, rusty in a year. But then, I never clean/wax/etc..

1" bars will work, the knurls may be spaced not quite right. Mine were close enough.

Cables will cost far more. I was able to stretch my wires, but I had to replace the hydraulic cable for the front brake, $34, more than the bars, but then, while I didn't mind rust, I do like the brakes to work.

You can probably go to sites like Dennis Kirk, J&P Cycles, or Drag Specialties, and put in your bike info to get what products will fit your bike. They also have online chats with techs and toll free numbers to help you out.

Every brand (manufacturer) motorcycle use different wiring and colored wires in their handlebar switches. Even the same model of different years can have different wiring. Extension kits are model specific. For your bike, you will have to cut the wires and solder extended wires to them.

They need to be 7/8" not 1"

You'll likely have to change all the cables because they will be too short.
