Is it possible for a genotypic male to have internal and/or external female characteristics?

I know there are cases an XY fetus develops external female genitalia, when the fetus is exposed to DHT (dihydrotestosterone).

The genetic disorder you mean is probably 5 alpha reductase deficiency where testosterone cannot convert to DHT and properly masculinize external genitalia during embryogenesis even though the have gonads develop as testes. Genitalia develop an ambiguous external form.
