How can I delete an already RESOLVED Question...?
here on Answers Yahoo?
The question I want to delete already has had some time up here and when I went back to it to delete it, such option to 'delete' question does not appear anymore... I am pretty sure that would be because it is an already 'resolved' question and not a recently posted one that yet needs to be answered and voted on.
Can I sill delete my question nonetheless?

You can only delete open questions yourself via the Edit button.
Resolved questions with a best answer and undecided questions in voting cannot be deleted by users and go into a database that can be used for searching. They can only be deleted by Yahoo!.
The deletion of resolved questions with a best answer and the deletion of undecided questions can only be done by Yahoo! if you contact them by email and the questions must be of a very personal nature that discloses some very personal details that are causing you a lot of anguish and perhaps a lot of embarrassment as well.
The relevant email addresses are y_answrs_team@yahoo.com and (in Australia) y_answrs_team_au@yahoo.com.au
The missing "e" in "answrs" above is intended.
If enough people report resolved questions or undecided questions in voting they will be deleted by Yahoo!.
Unfortunately, you or Yahoo! cannot delete anything that has ended up in Google and/or other websites so you need to be very careful what you post in Y!A as you never know where it might end up. Q & A can be poached from the Y!A Main Board by other websites.

If your question is resolved, you can no longer delete it. It becomes part of Yahoo's "archive" of knowledge. It will only be removed if it is a violation or if it reveals personal information. If that's so, then you can send an email to the Yahoo answers team at
y_answrs_team@yahoo.com, explain your situation, and they will delete it at their discretion.
(remember, only personal info meaning phone number, email address, full name, etc.)
If that's so, then email them, and hopefully they'll get back to you.

You can only delete questions that you asked, and you can only do that while they are still 'open'. Once a question is in 'voting' or has been resolved via a Best Answer being chosen, the question belongs to Y!A and is in their database forever (or until they start archiving old Q&As anyway).
You can also email Yahoo Customer services at y_answers_team@yahoo.com or y_answrs_team@yahoo.com and ask for them to delete the question for you. In your email include the link to the question you want deleted, explain why you want it deleted and ask them to delete it for you
To delete your question while it's still open, go to the question page, pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, and click on Delete Question.

Nope, sorry. Resolved questions belong to the permanent database and can only be deleted by staff, generally as violations.
