How To Fix A Floppy Baseball Glove?

Over the 8 or so years I've had my glove, it has become kinda floppy and I have to squeeze really hard to be able to catch a baseball. I don't want a stiff baseball glove like a new one but I would like my glove to be able to hold It's shape. So does anybody know how to fix this problem (if you what I'm asking)? Thanks!

I don't know how well this would work but it is worth a look.

You wanna re-lace the entire glove which is gonna take a long time. After that, you wanna condition it with some leather dressing. Any type of leather care dressing should bring some life back to the floppiness.

gentle some candles. positioned on some romantic song. then supply the glove a stable rub. it would get stiffer even with the shown fact that it wont stay stiff for too long. so as quickly because it is going limp returned only supply it yet another rub
