I'm betting that you bought a pile of Vietnamese Dong currency from some website that told you that somehow the Vietnamese Dong would "revalue" so that you would magically make a fortune when the dong was suddenly worth 0.1 or $1. Unfortunately currency doesn't work that way. Why would you think that Vietnam could print up a bunch of pieces of cotton paper and then unilaterally decide that it was entitled to Ferraris, Monets, and Petrus?

The Dong is at about 21,000/$1. There is no hope that it strengthens particularly much against the dollar and all reasonable expectations are that it weakens against the dollar.

    You have been scammed.
