Why doesn't The Battle of the Z-Boys( Zarate vs Zamora) receive more respect among boxing fans?

Carlos Zarate vs Alfonso Zamora is one of the best slugfest I've ever seen in my life, and yet it's not talked about in the same breath as Ward-Gatti or Hearns-Hagler, even though it should be.

Two champions( Zarate the WBC champ vs Zamora the WBA champ) who are among the greatest fighters in their weight class(bantamweight), who have ridiculously high ko ratios( Zarate %90, the highest I ever seen a ko ratio, and unlike vitali klitschko it's against top competition, and Zamora 84%) aggressive swarmers, vicious left hooks, they're jabs aren't too shabby either.

This match was the epitome of aggressive boxing, with both opponents bobbing and weaving, avoiding sweeping left hooks, lightning jabs getting slipped constantly, constant power punches taken on the chin like it's nothing, true heart, true grit, two warriors that didn't back down when a weaker boxer would be knocked out in the first few seconds of round 1.

Zarate beat Zamora by devastating TKO in the 4 round, I will remember this fight till the day I'm dead. If I want to introduce people to boxing, this is one of the fights I show them, this and The War, and any fight by RJJ or James Toney, or Mosley, or Sergio Martinez.

So why do you think more boxing fans don't talk about one of the greatest matches evar?

Update:

@newlobster: The film is available, I just watched! and those guys can punch for there size! They got more KOs than most heavyweights, and if you haven't seen Zarate in action I don't know what to tell you, he was exceptionally skilled.

Newlobster is a moron, he's just writing down bullshyt for points without a clue what he's talkin bout.

The fight was awesome. It's always annoyed me a bit that more people don't know about guys like zarate, Gomez, Danny Lopez, finito etc etc. these little guys were some of the best boxers that ever lived and fought like absolute pitbulls.

watching zarate and Zamora meet toe to toe and throw bombs whilst still maintaining top skill and form is a joy to see.

the film isn't available and three's a prejudice that the "little guys" can't punch (if they don't score as many kayos as heavies it's becuz bantams wear gloves that are much more padded relative to their weight than hvys and, unlike heavyweights, how many fat, out of shape 118 lbers do you ever see?)

lotta great Mexican and Mex-Am fighters during the '70s & early 80s

incidentally, Gatti-Ward is overrated becuz both were little more than club fighters and why people still talk about Hagler-Hearns I don't know becuz that fight was effectively over near the end of the first round after Hearns had shot his bolt
