Will my vitamins still work if you dissolve them in water?

I've only just started to take vitamins/pills for my hair, skin and nails and I find it impossible to swallow the pill and keep it down.

if I let it dissolve in water and then drink the liquid will the vitamin still work?

thanks

    Better get some chew-able vitamins.

Don't believe the claims on these products.

But taking vitamins is a good habit.

Well, make sure it's a very small amount of water. And if its alot then you drink the whole thing. But it really depends on what kind of pull it is. Some let out different things once hitting a liquid and only last a few seconds. And others wait til they hit acid in your stomache then let out its stuff.

I believe A,D,E and ok are the fat soluble nutrients. So your answer will be b and c. It's primary to understand that are which since the fat soluble nutrition are saved in the body. You need a ordinary deliver of the water soluble ones as they're excreted effectively.

if you want to know it they even are absorbed, drop them in vinegar for about an hour, if they are still intact, you are wasting your money.

ADEK are fat soluble vitamins, B , C are water soluble
