Viewing deleted iPhone texts?

I swiped and deleted all texts I had with a good friend of mine because I didn't want someone else who was going to have my phone to read these private messages. I deleted all the texts around 15 minutes ago and I was wondering if there was a way to get the deleted texts back on my phone? I have not plugged in or synced my phone with my iTunes on my laptop in a while. All of these texts were sent AFTER the last sync so none of the texts would be on a backup file. I heard that deleted texts are still stored on the phone until it is plugged into the computer again? Is there a way to put these deleted texts back into my messages without wiping and restoring the phone since my backup is outdated??? Please help this is important to me

Thanks

Yes, The deleted texts are still stored in iphone database. They can recover with some iphone recovery tool. Such as http://www.datarecoveryforiphone.com/ios-data-reco...

If it works, can you give me the best answer?

These are the two possible procedures that you can follow:-

    1. You can either restore from a previous backup of your iPhone - To read more about this follow the Apple's website link below:-

    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414

    2. Else you can simply get a iPhone data recovery software which will extract and recover the data for you from the iPhone's backup. I'd recommend that you use Total Saver to keep things quick and simple. You can read about the software following the link below:-

No, the messages are irretrievable. once removed, they're removed for good.
