Co worker I work with is a slacker?
So there is this guy that has been working at the same job as I and I try and do get along with him but he is a major slacker! He started just 1 week after I was already working where we are at. I mean he does things when he is told to, but he is still a rookie as I, btw he's white, I am not, the manager is white, and has known the guy for several years now, and the manager is just getting to get to know me. Well this slacker is preferred by the manager. He can get away with almost anything, things that would have gotten me fired. Since at my job we don't clock in just mark our own hours, he marks his all wrong and gives himself more hours than what he really made, it's pathetic, he takes about at least in total just 2 hours of break time each and everyday! and only marks down for the usual halfhour! He goes to the store at least 2 times a day, goes to the porta pottie (Since that is what the work field provides) 2 times a day, smokes 3 times a day, talks on phone, all while working, and plus his Long freaking break time! It's stupid and I do not like him doing that BS. Several co workers have already complained and big boss has considered firing him twice already, but he just gives him chances because of his friend our manager. I know that if I were to do the things he does at work everyday, My butt would be FIRED! So what can I do about such situation? Do I just forget it and mind my own business, not care about what others do? But then again, he is an employee, and is doing Wrong! I want him to be fired already, considering that work has gotten a bit slow lately, and the big boss might give some employees rest time, I want to keep the job, but not with that slacker roaming about. Thank you guys.

I am sure your co-workers are pretty fed up with it as well. To start with, pray about it. Make sure you have the state of mind to deal with this before you lose your temper and possibly your job. Get an air about you that there is not one thing he can do that will ruin your day/week. Don’t get so wound up. It sounds like it’s eating you alive. Make sure he knows you and others know what he’s doing. Invite him to lunch with the group of your co-workers. He needs to know that the work is a team effort. Challenge him in front of the boss. Compliment the things he does well. It will be hard but try not to belittle or criticize him. Good Luck. I am sure your do fine with God's help!

Im in an extremely comparable subject as you! i'd first have a communique mutually with your co-workers till now heading over to the supervisor. sometimes the conflict would be resolved between yourselves. some human beings do no longer comprehend that artwork isn't a social club and that your there to artwork no longer make buddies. whether you do pass to the supervisor approximately this, it may all blow up on your face nevertheless so i'm going to be careful. if your a senior worker i'm going to have a word or 2 with the manger in case you won't have the capacity to compliment it alongside yourselves, yet while your basically a junior i'm going to easily do the pastime. that's unfair even nevertheless it somewhat is like that for the time of all workplaces.
