Holiday in south island?

Hi there.

Depending on what you want to do. Dunedin has some awesome gardens and architecture if that is what your interested it. Dunedin also has the Cadbury chocolate factory and we have the worlds steepest street as well. Not to mention Larnach Castle, Taiaroa Head which has the albertross colony. We also have a few places where you can go see some penguins along with the butterfly exhibit at the Otago Museum. There is also the Otago Settlers Museum and the Taieri Gorge Railway which is an awesome day trip for train fans. Over the winter months there is often a lot of waterfalls to be seen along with the chance of having a play in the snow if you have never had that opportunity before.

Anywhere except Westport.

Queenstown and Wanaka.

Milford Sound

Mt Cook.

West Coast - Hokitika and Greymouth (but NOT Westport)

Marlborough area and Kaikoura.

The whole place (except Westport) is gorgeous.

Have I mentioned that I don't lke Westport?
